Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, and you'll receive a confirmation email once yours is on its way. UAE deliveries usually arrive 2–3 days after ordering. Deliveries to the rest of the GCC take 5–7 business days.

Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE on orders of AED 299 and above.

Yes. We deliver across the UAE and to the wider GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. GCC orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days.

For anywhere outside the GCC, please message us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE on orders of AED 299 and above. Below that, standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We do not offer cash on delivery — all orders are paid at checkout.

Once your order is with the courier we can't recall it.

Fragrance is personal and wears differently on everyone, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference.

If you're unsure about a scent, our Discovery Set is designed for exactly this — five 3ml samples for AED 49, with the AED 49 returned to you as credit toward a full bottle.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on fragrances that have been opened, used or tested.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll review it and put things right.

We don't offer a money-back guarantee on scent preference. Refunds apply where an order arrives damaged or incorrect, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

No, and we're clear about that. Our fragrances are Alamina's own compositions, inspired by iconic designer scents. They are not the original products, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those brands.

Designer names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the scent profile a fragrance is inspired by.

Inspired Perfumes — sprays in 50ml and 100ml, inspired by iconic designer scents. The easiest place to start.

Perfume Oils — alcohol-free and highly concentrated, in 12ml, 100ml and 250ml. Sits closer to the skin than a spray.

Arabic / Attar Oils — alcohol-free traditional blends built around oud, amber and rose. Rich and long-wearing.

Not every size is available for every fragrance. The options for each product are shown on its page.

Our fragrances are highly concentrated and crafted for strong longevity throughout the day.

Wear varies from person to person, and moisturised skin holds fragrance noticeably longer than dry skin.

Apply to warm pulse points — wrists, the base of the neck, behind the ears. Moisturise first, as fragrance clings to hydrated skin far better.

Avoid rubbing your wrists together, which crushes the top notes and shortens the wear.

Keep bottles out of direct sunlight and away from heat. A cupboard or drawer is ideal; bathrooms are the worst place, because the temperature swings break the composition down. Stored properly and kept sealed, a fragrance holds well for years.

Our perfume oils and attar oils are alcohol-free, which many people with sensitive skin prefer.

If you have known sensitivities, patch-test on your inner arm and leave it a few hours before wearing. For questions about specific ingredients or the composition of a particular fragrance, message us and we'll check for you.

Yes. Our collection is curated to offer refined scents that feel elegant, wearable and memorable, for both everyday moments and special occasions.

Our Discovery Set is built for exactly this. For AED 49 you choose any five fragrances and receive them as 5 × 3ml sprays. You then get AED 49 credit toward one 50ml Inspired Perfume, so if you buy a full bottle afterwards, the samples effectively cost you nothing. Credit is valid for 30 days, one use per customer.

We don't currently offer gift wrapping. Orders arrive in our standard Alamina packaging, which is presentable enough to give as it is.

Yes. We make fragrances inspired by 57 houses, including Tom Ford, Creed, Chanel, Dior, Amouage, Parfums de Marly, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent and Arabian Oud.

Yes. We supply perfume oils in bulk for resale, boutiques, kiosks, online sellers and gifting brands, in the UAE and internationally, in larger sizes than those listed online. Everything from trial-size orders through to large recurring supply.

Yes. We produce private label perfumes so you can sell under your own brand name and logo, selected from our existing fragrance range.

Startup-friendly minimums begin at 50 to 300 units. At that level orders are usually built from stock bottles, our standard ready-made fragrance oils and basic digital labels — the fastest and most affordable way to launch. Larger runs, custom bottles and bespoke packaging are available on request.

Bespoke fragrance development — creating a completely new formula — is a separate service. If that's what you need, mention it in your enquiry and we'll confirm what options are available. Private label details.
