Q: Are these original brand name perfumes?
A: No. We create inspired fragrance oils and perfumes. This means we
craft our own scents to smell very similar to well-known, luxury
fragrances, offering you the same beautiful aroma at a significantly more
accessible price point.

Q: What is the difference between Perfume Oil and Eau de Parfum
(EDP)?
A: Perfume Oil is a concentrated fragrance without alcohol. It lasts longer
on the skin, has a more intimate sillage (scent trail), and is great for
sensitive skin. Our Eau de Parfum is an alcohol-based spray that projects
more and has a lighter, airier initial application

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping
typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened
fragrance items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective,
please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make it right. Customer
satisfaction is our priority.
