A Quick Note: We run our store through Shopify's platform, which helps us bring our products to you smoothly.
Your Account: To shop with us, you need to be old enough to make purchases in your area (usually 18+). When you create an account, please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Your account is just for you - please don't share it with others.
Our Products: We work hard to show our products accurately online, but keep in mind that colors might look slightly different on various devices. We occasionally update our product selection and may limit quantities to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to purchase.
Placing Orders: When you order, you're making an offer to purchase - we'll confirm once we accept it. Please double-check your order before submitting, as we may not be able to make changes once it's processing. All purchases are for personal use only, not for resale.
Pricing & Payment: Prices are shown in our store and confirmed in your order email. They don't include taxes or shipping unless noted. We accept various payment methods - please keep your payment information current so we can process your orders smoothly.
Shipping: We'll get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates. Once packages leave our hands, they're in the care of our shipping partners.
Our Content & Your Feedback: All the content on our site (images, text, logos) belongs to us and is protected by copyright. You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.
We love hearing from you! If you share feedback, reviews, or ideas with us, you're giving us permission to use them to improve our products and services.
Third-Party Services: We may use or link to third-party tools and services to enhance your experience. While we choose our partners carefully, we're not responsible for how they operate - that's between you and them.
Shopify's Role: Quick note: While we use Shopify to power our store, all sales are directly between you and Alamina Perfumes. Shopify provides the platform but isn't involved in our transactions.
Privacy: We respect your privacy! How we handle your information is detailed in our Privacy Policy. Since we use Shopify, they also process some data to make our store work properly.
Please Be Kind: We expect all customers to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Don't harass our team, share harmful content, or try to disrupt our operations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
