We want your Alamina experience to be as lovely as our scents! Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order and what happens if things don’t go perfectly.

Returns & Exchanges

We get it – sometimes things don't work out. Here's our straightforward return policy:

Quick Return Checklist:
✓ Product is unused with original labels
✓ Original packaging hasn't been opened or tampered with
✓ You have your invoice ready

The Important Stuff:
- You have 14 days from purchase to return unopened products in their original condition
- Since our fragrances are personal care items, we can't accept returns of opened products
- Oud wood and essential oils are final sale due to their nature

Different Situations:
- Wrong, damaged, or defective item? We'll cover return shipping – just contact us!
- Changed your mind? You can return unopened items, but a AED 25 return shipping fee applies
- All returns are processed within 14 days, and refunds go back to your original payment method

Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order arrives? Contact us right away! We'll try to cancel if your order hasn't been prepared yet. If it's already shipped, we'll handle it as a return.

Note: If orders are frequently cancelled or refused, we may need to limit future COD options.

Delivery Details (For UAE Customers) 
- Cash on Delivery available throughout the UAE
- Major cities: Up to 2 days for in-stock items
- Remote areas: Delivery on scheduled days
- Typical delivery: Within 3 days (excluding Fridays), between 10 AM - 10 PM

Helpful Tips for Smooth Delivery:
- Keep your phone handy – our delivery partner will call when they're nearby
- Need a specific delivery time? Let us know and we'll try to coordinate
- Orders can't be opened before payment
- Our delivery team can wait up to 15 minutes at your location
