Due to the nature of our products, we ask customers to review their order carefully before purchasing.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested fragrance products.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the matter and assist you accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with:

  • your order number
  • a clear description of the issue
  • photographs showing the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or personal taste. Fragrance is a personal experience, and wear can vary from person to person.

Non-Returnable Items

  • opened products
  • used or tested items
  • items damaged after delivery
  • clearance or final sale items, where stated

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
